Explore a town as it was in the days of Hans Christian Andersen and discover the new neighbourhoods from 1927 and 1974. Meet the servant girl in the market town and the TV retailer in the 1970s. The baker temps with cakes and a hardware store sells mechanical toys. There is free admission for the under 18-year olds.

Experience five original Viking ships and see the impressive boat collection in the Viking Ship Museum’s beautiful harbour. Dress as a Viking and swing the heavy sword! Follow the construction of a Viking ship and try the Vikings’ craftwork. Sail as a Viking every day from the 1st May – 30th September.
